Treatments and consultations are by appointment. We recommend booking your appointment in advance, book online or call (631) 655 5455. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold appointments.
Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment (for new clients, please plan ten minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow time for intake forms). We cannot assure you that you will be seen if you are late for your appointment.
We understand that things come up! To ensure the best service for all of our clients, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any treatment appointment change or cancellation. If you change or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, will result in a $50 fee for services that are 60 minutes or less, and a $100 fee for services that are over 60 minutes. Please note that packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We suggest booking your treatment appointments before the expiry date of your package. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for any unused treatments from expired packages.
Kindly be aware that treatments, products, pre-paid packages, and gift cards are non refundable.
Taxes and Gratuities are not included in any service price. Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in the form of, Cash, Venmo or Zelle.
